To provide the clients with best quality high grade components made out of supreme native metal is what we have aimed at for many decades without compromising in quality despite the production of such products being in tons for the world market.
Inconel 825 is formed by the chemical combination of nickel-iron and chromium. The alloys is strong enough to forge any piping components from with buttweld fittings being one of the choices made by our professionals. The 825 is a powerful successor to the 800 grade of alloys due to the addition of various additional metals such as molybdenum and copper. The 825 grade buttweld fittings do not degrade to chemical reaction with acids and prevent the formation of crevice cracks on the surface that potentially weaken ordinary metals after long time exposure. The hardening properties of the fittings make it easy to weld them to the surface of the assembly and retains their normal form after the general working temperature drops down.
