Kalpataru Piping Solutions has been well known for its increase in production techniques using various advanced machinery that has resulted in increasing amount of physical attributes that contributes to the overall characteristic of that product benefiting a client and his industrial assembly. These schematics for precise and efficient production have been devised by our group of engineers responsible for forging many quality grade parts.
use of the 70/30 alloy is mainly done to forge rods, bars and wires that find main use in various applications like heat exchangers, food industry, and furnaces. Rods are made from this grade of alloy because of its increased malleability that helps in precise forging of rods of different thickness and length from the cast alloy using die cast methods. Bars are mainly used in furnaces as they withstand high temperature very well and do not change their physical or mechanical properties with time. Wires are forged to certain thickness using computer aided machinery that determines wire thickness in pre-production and crafts them to have high tensile strength, capable of taking extreme load pressure.
